SECTION I - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

RESTORE-USA Concrete & Masonry Cleaner™ is an Environmentally-Safe fluid applied cleaner that removes soluble efflorescence (calcium/lime build up), oil, grease, dirt, tire marks, concrete and mortar residue and stucco splatter from concrete, masonry, brick, architectural paver stone, tile & grout surfaces and more!

RESTORE-USA Concrete & Masonry Cleaner™ is a buffered acidic, fluid applied environmentally safe, cleaner that removes efflorescence (calcium/lime build up), dirt, oil and a variety of stains from Concrete and Masonry making it look NEW again!

SECTION II - TYPICAL USES:

RESTORE-USA Concrete & Masonry Cleaner™ is used for deep cleaning or surface preparation. This product is ideal for industrial, commercial and residential concrete and masonry surfaces. Successfully used on pool decks, main entrances, sidewalks, balconies, warehouse floors, exterior commercial buildings, and garage & factory concrete floors.

  • BOILING POINT : 100° C/212° F using test tube method
  • EVAPORATION RATE : Less than 1 - same as water
  • FREEZING POINT : 0° C/32° F (liquid only)

  • SPECIFIC GRAVITY : (H20-1) 1.0 - 1.2 at 24° C/ 75° F.

SECTION IV - APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

RESTORE-USA Concrete & Masonry Cleaner™ should not be applied if temperature is 0°C/32°F or less. Applicator should always wear goggles and rubber gloves. In enclosed areas with no ventilation a dust mask would be recommended. Apply with pump sprayer or pour on surface and agitate with nylon broom over desired area to be cleaned. We recommended agitating areas with our 1800 Envirowash Concrete Scrubber and 3000 psi and rinse areas thoroughly with water. Theoretical coverage is approximately 250-350 square feet per gallon. May require multiple applications to surfaces to achieve desired results. Wash all tools and equipment with RESTORE-USA Concentrate Degreaser™ and water as soon as possible. Any spills may be cleaned with RESTORE-USA Concentrate Degreaser™ and water before it dries. Always test product before application to surfaces. SECTION V – PRODUCT HANDLING INFORMATION:

PERSONAL PROTECTION: We recommend wearing rubber gloves and goggles which are available on our website www.restore-usa.com.  If exposed to product during application or clean-up operations; see the emergency and first-aid procedures that follow.

SECTION VI - HEALTH HAZARD DATA / EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:

  • EYE CONTACT : May cause irritation, redness and discomfort. Flush with water; eye drops recommended; always wear goggles.
  • SKIN CONTACT : Irritation, redness, itching and dryness. Rinse skin with soap and water when initially contacted.
  • INHALATION : May cause irritation in the respiratory system. Remove to fresh air; always ventilate enclosed areas.
  • INGESTION : May cause irritation and discomfort in the stomach. Provide several glasses of water to dilute; seek medical assistance.
  • EMERGENCY CONTACT : Contact your local physician or health care facility for further care.

SECTION VII - STORAGE AND HANDLING:

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep product from freezing 0°C/32°F. DO NOT STORE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME. Use caution as gasses may form in container and need to be released by opening cap on container. Average shelf life is approximately 12-15 month from date of product manufactured if maintained and stored properly.
