SECTION I - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
RESTORE-USA Algae Mildew Retardant Cleaner™ is a chlorine based catalyzed surfactant fluid applied material eliminates and when reapplied after initial cleaning retards future algae, mildew and mold on concrete, brick, block, and masonry surfaces.
RESTORE-USA Algae Mildew Retardant Cleaner™ is non-flammable, non-combustible, non-hazardous, biodegradable, non-carcinogenic water-soluble cleaner that is economical and effective, easy to apply and almost odorless.
SECTION II - TYPICAL USES:
RESTORE-USA Algae Mildew Retardant Cleaner™ is for industrial, commercial and residential use on surfaces of concrete, masonry, shingles mexican tiles, walls, slabs, porches, rubber, patio furniture basement walls and split face block (on wood, always test first for any color change). Ideal for homes, condominiums, apartments, warehouses, commercial buildings and factories.

SECTION IV - APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Product should not be applied if temperature is 0°C/32°F or less. Applicator should always wear goggles and rubber gloves. In enclosed areas with no ventilation a dust mask would be recommended. Apply with pump sprayer or pour on surface and agitate with nylon broom over desired area to be cleaned. We recommended agitating areas with our 1800 Envirowash Concrete Scrubber and 3000 psi and rinse areas thoroughly with water. Theoretical coverage is approximately 350-400 square feet per gallon. May require multiple applications to surfaces to achieve desired results. Also length of protection from future growth depends on exposure to sunlight and moisture. Wash all tools and equipment with RESTORE-USA Concentrate Degreaser™ and water as soon as possible. Any spills may be cleaned with RESTORE-USA Concentrate Degreaser™ and water before it dries. SECTION V – PRODUCT HANDLING INFORMATION:
PERSONAL PROTECTION: We recommend wearing rubber gloves and goggles which are available on our website http://restore-usa.com/. If exposed to product during application or clean-up operations; see the emergency and first-aid procedures that follow.
SECTION VI - HEALTH HAZARD DATA / EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
- EYE CONTACT : May cause irritation, redness and discomfort. Flush with water; eye drops recommended; always wear goggles.
- SKIN CONTACT : Irritation, redness, itching and dryness. Rinse skin with soap and water when initially contacted.
- INHALATION : May cause irritation in the respiratory system. Remove to fresh air; always ventilate enclosed areas.
- INGESTION : May cause irritation and discomfort in the stomach. Provide several glasses of water to dilute; seek medical assistance.
- EMERGENCY CONTACT : Contact your local physician or health care facility for further care.
SECTION VII - STORAGE AND HANDLING:
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep product from freezing 0°C/32°F. DO NOT STORE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME. Use caution as gasses may form in container and need to be released by opening cap on container. . Average shelf life is approximately 5-6 weeks from date of product manufactured if maintained and stored properly. DO NOT ORDER UNTIL READY TO USE.
